Our Story

Some stories don't go the way you planned — and that's exactly how God intended it.

Trisha and her husband, Connor, first crossed paths at Central Washington University, where a friendship grew into something neither of them could have predicted. They fell in love, got married, and set out to build the life they had always imagined — including a family of their own.

But the road to parenthood was anything but simple.

They tried everything. IVF. IUI. Adoption processes that fell through. Foster care placements that broke their hearts. Each door that closed felt heavier than the last. They were doing everything right by the world's standards — checking every box, following every process — and still coming up empty. The weight of it all began to take its toll, not just on their dreams, but on their marriage. The pain crept in, and with it, the temptations of a world that offers comfort in all the wrong places.

They were losing themselves.

And then, in the middle of it all, God spoke.

Follow Me.

It wasn't a loud moment. It was a surrender. A decision — made together — to stop doing things their way and trust the One who had a better plan all along. They committed their lives to Jesus, laid down the weight they had been carrying, and chose faith over fear.

And everything changed.

Within what felt like a breath, God placed two children in their lives through foster care. And in a process that typically takes years — one that no timeline or system could have rushed — they adopted both children within a few months. Not because of paperwork. Not because of luck. Only because God can make a way where there is no way.

Those two children are their miracle. Their testimony. Their daily reminder that God's timing is perfect, even when ours is broken.

That journey — every tear, every closed door, every moment of surrender — is what led to CG's. Because when God transforms your life, you can't keep it to yourself. We created this store to share the joy, the hope, and the unshakeable faith that carried us through. Every product we carry is chosen with intention — to point hearts back to Jesus and remind you that no matter where you are in your story, God is still writing it.
